I listen religiously

This podcast is incredible! Can learn something from every single episode. I find this to be more of a growth mindset podcast than fitness. Paul does a great job of going deeper by introducing the “why” behind fitness rather than only focusing on how to get results. He shows vulnerability using personal experiences and relates to his audience using examples he sees on a daily basis that applies to a wide group of individuals. This is a must listen & follow!

Love the Maintenance as Progress Episode

Paul’s practical and mindset-driven podcast is a great quick lesson-packed listen for living a healthy and fulfilled, balanced life. I particularly enjoyed the episode called “maintenance is progress.” It sets up a framework to look at our actions during busy times of the year like the holidays as still having a purpose for the long-term health goals we have. I always come away from listening feeling more in control with less chaos in my head.
