I appreciate the casual vibe and the enthusiasm for the sport but the quality of content as well as the crap audio makes this a pretty low rank on my mma podcast list. Has potential though.

-Not much in technical breakdown department or knowledge of fight techniques (check out "Heavy Hands" podcast).
-Lance the main host, can be really really grating, has the mentality and vernacular of a high school stoner. Occasionally he's funny, and makes up for idiotic side comments with enthusiasm. I'm all for profanity and speaking freely but he comes off like a moron at times. Other hosts are much more chill.
-Audio quality is absolute crap, some mic upgrades would go a long way.
