The Modern Sage Podcast offers no-nonsense sage advice to support your spiritual and emotional health. Beginning Season 4, Ep 1, Leah shares her personal story of living in a spirited, (haunted) house, and the deep transformation she underwent as a result of surrendering to the invitation to trust the darkness. She shares these stories as inspiration so the listener can relate to their own stories and inner darkness, and learn how to heal the ghosts of the past. In the first 3 seasons, Leah interviews  experts, authors, healers, musicians, entrepreneurs, celebrities and everyday heroes who know life's struggles, and sharing ways they've learned to be inspired and heal. The focus is on emotional healing and mental health with a good dose of secular spiritualism mixed in.  This series is hosted by author and intuitive spiritual teacher Leah Guy. Her aim is to make visible the reality of hope, to welcome change and transformation while acknowledging our humanity so that we can grow into whole, happy and satisfied people.

    Your Story is Not Over

An encouraging podcast to remind you that no matter what is going on today, your story is not over.Change is inevitable - and even when we welcome it, it can be stressful to get through. There's often a more subtle, but no less powerful, type of change and that is the call of your spirit. The knowingness that it is time to address, readdress, ponder, explore, act, surrender and heed the call of your soul. This is a personal and potent energy that comes right on time, if we open to it. Leah sha...

    Living in the Flow

    Living in the Flow

The final episode of season 4 brings you to contemplate how you fill your life and stay attached to your to-do lists/obligations as a survival mechanism rather than using the space in-between to access the flow state. To be in the flow, we open to our intuition, trust, creativity, feminine energy, abundance and the unknown. It can be a scary energy to embody if we've spent most of our time in survival, or trying to find our identity based on what we do or achieve. Let yourself contemplate and...

The latest season is gripping as she tells
the story of purchasing a house on her own that was haunted. I’m hooked!

Honest, Authentic, and Necessary

Leah is the real deal. As a guy, I’ll just begin with the stereotype assumptions about men asking for help. As enlightened as I think I am, I still battle this. Asking for or seeking out help is a sign of weakness. I know it’s a false narrative but I’m not always successful at changing it. Leah’s show and her guests get to the heart of the matter. She conveys her knowledge in a clear way with kindness and relevance. She is a force for everything this world needs right now. I’m grateful I came across her mission.

I love the variety. Interesting guests. Leah knows how to interview and get to the heart of the matter. I always learn something. Definitely recommend.
