    Hello, My name is Dr. Michelle Deering and I'd like to Welcome you to the Introductory Episode of The Mom Stops Here™.
     
    I was inspired to start this broadcast because everyday I encountered moms who were running ragged and not recognizing the magnitude of the impact their actions were having on their daughters.
     
    And as I kept seeing and hearing them unintentionally repeat patterns once done to them by their own moms, I knew that I had real experiences, real expertise, and real solutions to help them
    stop what they were doing, be their true selves as daughters, women, and moms, and have the kind of open and close relationship they desire to have with their daughter.  
    So here's what you can expect: I'm going to educate, equip, and encourage you with stories, strategies, and sage insights all within a safe space created just for you--mom--to stop here and be you.
     
    From me and my future guests, you will learn priceless principles gleaned from decades of mental health training and mothering multiples which has informed not only how I've helped hundreds of moms with their daughters but also raised my own daughters to be empowered young women.
     
    Each week, we'll talk about different aspect of navigating the complex journey of motherhood and the mother-daughter relationship--the good, the bad, and the pulling-your-hair-out aspects of being a mom--and what specific actions you can take to not only improve but transform your mother-daughter interactions in these situations.
     
    Every Monday you'll get a new episode which will help you rebuild, restore, and renew the foundation of your relationship first with yourself, then with your daughter, and your life goals -- mind, body, and spirit.

Ok ok I know. You didn’t expect a dad to listen. But here’s the thing. Michelle really helped me reconnect with providing culture and rituals in my family so we all connect on a consistent basis.

Michelle has real applicable advice and is not Poe in the sky arm chair psychology. I’m stoked for how many family’s will change from this podcast
