    Six String Soldiers

    Before the Nashville tornadoes and COVID-19 took over, I had the wonderful opportunity to meet the Six String Soldiers at the Country Radio Seminar. Six String Soldiers, the Army Field Band are composed of 5 members who perform Americana and patriotic music in order to connect America to its Army. The group was formed in 2015 by active-duty soldiers who were looking for a way to fulfill the Army’s commitment to its soldiers and veterans. They have received national media attention and their record, recorded in Nashville and Muscle Shoals, was released this year.
