AlexusJaay ,

Suggestion!!

Y’all should really do a review for The Blackening (2023). Love this show and the reviews. I’m laughing every Monday 😭.

Racq the Belle ,

I love this, but Syd, please stop singing

EDIT: Omg I did NOT expect y’all to read this on the pod! I was hoping the dramatics would make it clear that I’m just messing around, but just in case, Syd please ignore the haters (including me lolll)! It’s your pod and you can sing if you want to! Clearly you’re doing something right because I’m still listening and will continue to do so. Much love and I’m glad y’all got a lil laugh out of my shenanigans!

I really enjoy listening to Syd and Lex’s reviews and laughing along with them about some of the foolishness that goes down in these films, but I really want Syd to stop singing on the ‘cast. It doesn’t happen often, but every time it does, the lights start flickering in my house, my ears start bleeding, and I can no longer afford the electricity and medical bills.

boy-don ,

Always on point!

Syd and Lex are sooo funny and give really astute film reviews. They handle the themes with care and the love of the medium shows through for both of them! This podcast is the best part of my mondays 😭✨
