Confident about the future ,

Visionary Educators

I listened to Episode 6 of The First Class 2.0 - my initial experience with this podcast. Rob Birdsell and Fr John Foley were talking about the beginning of what grew into The Cristo Rey Network. What struck me was the power of “one new idea” to change our perspective regarding the education of youth. And then, another “one new idea” to fund this new perspective of education of youth. The take away lesson for me: God continues to create our universe and we become co-creators with God - in and through “one new idea” which births another “one new idea.” This fact changes attitudes; it replaces discouragement about the future with unbounded hope in the future.
