The biggest myth of dopamine fasting is that most people say that dopamine fast resets the chemical system in the brain, which is totally false according to research. What it does is, and from my experience is that it opens our eyes to see the truth and makes us realize that we reward ourselves with that hit of dopamine with the help of technology without even accomplishing anything in our lives. How can your circle determine your future?

If you sit with 5 millionaires, you’ll be the 6th one. Who you sit with, who you talk with, who you spend your time with, everything has an impact on you. Show me 5 of your closest friends and I will show you where you stand in the future. It’s unbelievable how many people underestimate the power of a circle, be it negative or positive. We should look at people around us and observe the mindsets they have, in today’s world of social media it’s harder for people to stay positive because they have too much stuff on Instagram or YouTube to look at, example, watching vloggers or expensive shit for others and crying about not having them. This results in people nagging about things they don’t have and getting depressed. If you hang out with people who watch Netflix or play PUBG all day, you’ll end up like them. In short, look around you, see who you hang out with, who you share your problems with and how they react and what do they advise you about the long-term.

How to improve people without making them feel like shit 💩 !

Questioning first – When it comes to really try to get to know people, we should always ask them as many questions as we can to build enough trust to make the others feel like we asked them enough to let them know what to do in life. Never disagree – Whatever answers the other person gives you, never ever interrupt and disagree with them, it will make them feel uncomfortable, and people feel judged so easily. ‘What if’ moments – This is an excellent idea on how to express your honest opinions and tell people what to do following with a result they will achieve if they listen to you. Giving your own example – Your words won’t matter if you haven’t accomplished anything yourself, I’m not saying you should be a millionaire or own expensive things, your words and advice becomes 1000x powerful when you’re successful yourself, even a little successful.

Why New Year’s Resolution doesn’t matter? 2019 !

Its that time of the year again, ‘New Year New Me’. Its one of the things that I hate the most, I did that a lot when I was a kid. Most of the people now want to start on a specific day to make it their first, they think if its the first day of the year, it will help them measure the progress from 1st January all the way to 31st December. And what happens then? You skip a day and all your progress is gone, you think that way. Its human nature, if they mess up at something they get disappointed and never dare to try again. A lot of you have been setting New Year’s goals lately such as getting into shape, grades, a job, a promotion, better relationships. But let me ask you one question: Why do you think New Year is the time to start? Why not before or after?
