    Diving Deep into Dance Injury Prevention (Live Podcast Recording) - OFFSET with DancePrehab

    OFFSET MED is a community-based network that connects the gap between urban athletes and professionals who care about health, longevity, and performance. We provide a platform that brings passionate people together resulting in an interdisciplinary approach that addresses health disparities unique to the urban athlete community. Today, we have partnered with DANCE PREHAB, a dance medicine organization that teaches dancers how to dance smarter in order to dance harder, for a group discussion and workshop. Both organizations were founded by dancers who are passionate about delivering practical educational content.
