AubreyAnn ,

The only parenting podcast I haven’t quit...

When it comes to parenting advice/info, I am very passive about seeking information. I’m more likely to research on my own or deal with the onslaught of unsolicited advice and judgment parents receive all the time. So every parenting podcast I’ve started listening to, I’ve quit after an episode or two out of boredom or feeling like they weren’t relatable. (Same thing with most “mommy” groups I’ve joined online.)

The Parentcast is inclusive (not just aimed at Moms, approachable for Dads) and it is interesting and funny. There is authentic comedy in parenting, and these hosts get it. They’re vulnerable and willing to share their personal stories from the trenches, and the variety in their guests (and their families) is great for parents in all stages. I’m four episodes in and will continue listening to see what else I can learn, and to laugh along with these relatable folks.
