Codes for moving through deep transition

I’ve moved so much in the past couple months I can’t even remember where I’ve been. I’ve lived alone I’ve lived with strangers lived in the jungles of Costa Rica and in a condo downtown been poor and rich been completely uprooted from my past and changing the way I show up with people who once new me in certain type of way. Walking in shoes a bit too big for me while missing the parts of my past that haven’t quite been replaced yet. This is a short transmission for codes that helped me move through that. Speaking up about a topic that will trigger people around you. Pursuing a dream after getting rejected. Strength is a superpower and we can cultivate it and nourish it. It is what allows us to do great things. Strength is Not forceful. It is not aggressive. It is often subtle and missed by people. It is the courage to chose what feels true in a world where it’s often quite hard to see.

How do I be Happy 😃 🤔

Sometimes I see people who have all the things I want but are still not happy 🤔. I’m like surely if I had all the money in the world, was perfectly healthy, and had wonderful people who loved me, surely I would be happy. It seems that that is not the case. How often do u receive something that u really thought would change you and take away your sadness once and for all only to find out after a while that it’s still there (wtf sadness! We had a deal! Imma buy pretty shoes and u gonna go away!! 😠). It seems like happiness truly is not contingent in things or even experiences. Join me on this episode as we delve deeper into this! Love, Perry

Being vulnerable, and allowing ourselves to FEEL vulnerable is a beautiful opening for light and connection to come through.
