Welcome to the Macro Phase Series!
There are so many different phases of the macro cycle that are completely ignored by most of the population and that's why I created this 5 part series for you so we can dive deep into each of these phases together. I want you to have a clear understanding of how, when and why you should be navigating in and out of these phases.
In today's episode, Part 1 is giving you a high-level overview of the different macro phases including the calorie deficit phase, reverse-dieting, maintenance and the surplus cycle. I’ll be offering insights into their significance and how they interconnect to form the pillars of a balanced lifestyle.
I want you to be able to understand how to eat properly to support your body, and what phase to be in to support where you are in your life so that you can yield not only physical results but mental and internal results as well. I want you to live a life of balance where you are enjoying foods within balance while working towards your goals and not feeling restrictive or labeling certain foods as good or bad. Let’s dive in!
