Today, we are joined by Richard Turgeon, a physiotherapist, osteopath and ultra-endurance athlete.
Richard is recognized for completing several extreme endurance challenges, including the Moab 240, a 380 km desert race, Hardrock 100, and the Tor des Géants (a 350 km race through the Italian Alps).
During the pandemic, Richard also ran 170 km in 25 hours, raising $14,000 for Moisson Outaouais in the summer of 2020.
