What I have come to expect

With Brad Beer I have come to expect a level of quality that if to be achieved takes a level of commitment that only few can aspire to.
Brad knocks it out of the park time and time again with his podcast but also in his core business.

Powerful Performance Podcast!

I am finally paying my dues for so many hours of amazing content. The Physical Performance show features amazing guests from the sporting world, be they top performers, experts in their field or coaches. I enjoy all of these as there is always something new to learn or a common theme grasped among performers or coaches. I find the expert editions very informative as an “older” age group competitor in keeping me performing at my physical best. I wish I had Mick Hughes episode available when I tore my ACL! But the best aspect is learning the mental skills from athletes and coaches, which is so important in sport. I also coach youth runners from 10 – 18 and occasionally advise adults. The show’s wealth of content has been invaluable to me. I must share that I love the opening theme audio. Being a race junky, I can literally feel adrenaline flow if I let myself get carried away with the theme. The Pogo Physio site and Brad’s book (I have the first edition) are also tremendous resources. Alas that Australia is halfway around the world or I would be a client! Cheers Brad for your great work and blessings on your continued work! Thanks to all those who make the show possible!
