    In this episode of The Positivity Hour, we dive into one of the most underrated ingredients of success: repetition. Doing something over and over again might sound simple, but when used the right way, repetition becomes a true superpower. I break down why repetition works, why it sometimes doesn’t work for others, and how the difference often comes down to intention, effort, and consistency. I share personal examples from my own life — including my experience playing the trumpet and how musicians rely on repetition to sharpen their craft. I also use the example of a race car driver, where every lap, every turn, and every adjustment is built through repetition and practice. The same principle applies to business, creativity, and personal growth. This episode is also a reminder that if you want to be successful, you’re probably going to have to work harder and longer than you originally thought. Real progress often happens after most people would have already quit. That’s why getting to work and refusing to give up matters so much.
