Our Brave Story

I love starting my week with Jen's podcast. It always inspires me to clearly outline my weekly intentions and follow them with conviction. Her soothing voice and relatable stories keep me coming back week after week.

Jen is one of the most gifted speakers I have heard and work with. Taking the time to do a Podcast, sharing her insights and relections, is a huge benefit for all of us. What Jen does is makes us all think deep about ourselves in the most simple way. I highly suggested taking the time to listen to all the podcasts, take notes and set some intentions that help can spark you to be your best self and discover Your True Why!

A friend forwarded me this podcast a few weeks ago, and now I have made it part of my Tuesday morning routine. Jen shares a lot of wisdom and practical advice that is both intuitive and a great reminder, when life gets so crazy you forget the small things that matter. She has a lot of interesting experiences and I feel like I’m sitting down at a table and talking with a good friend over a cup of coffee. I have found it really helpful, and focused on positive practices that are easy to weave into your life. I also have to say that the musical intro is now constantly in my head in a good way - it’s an uplifting yet calming little ditty that leaves me smiling :)

WOW! Seriously... Just enough to keep me riveted and not too long to get old. I wanted more. Please, keep this going. I need this in my life. Happy Monday!
