Such an important topic!!! Thank you

Listened to the episode on postpartum depletion and couldn’t agree more! Nutrition plays a key role in postpartum depletion and unfortunately can lead to PP depression. Thank you for the incredible education and awareness. More women need to know this as well as feel supported and educated in a way that feels empowering. You’re an incredible educator and advocate, Maranda.
