Girl, Don't Forget to HAVE FUN with the Process!
As your friend, I gotta ask: when was the last time you checked-in with yourself on whether you're HAVING FUN pursuing your goals? As ambitious women, we sometimes get so caught up in "the plan" or "to do's," that we accidentally suck the fun out of the thing we LOVE. So, pause with me & dive into a series of questions we can ask ourselves to help us remember WHY we love coaching, writing, or business, etc. & what we can do to make the process MORE FUN! Because our dreams shouldn't make us miserable. 3

Do you know how much POWER & POTENTIAL your mind has?
Today, we’re chatting all about the power & potential within the human mind. Because I think that all of us are so much more capable & resilient that we give ourselves credit for, especially when we look at the actual science behind the power of our minds. We have to condition our brains to create stories that serve us so that we can move the mountains we were meant to move! (Check the show notes for Zimmerman’s article!)
A favorite for sure!
The Power within Her is in my top five favorite podcasts. I love how Meghan covers different topics and brings in guest to get different perspectives and information. She is so raw and real and speaks in a motivating and friendly manner. So, even though I only know her through this podcast and social media I actually feel like she’s one of my best friends that has an inspiring chat with me at least weekly. She offers the best advice and opens my mind up to different ideas and perspectives. I feel like we are on a personal growth journey together. You can hear the passion in her voice when she podcasts and that keeps me hooked. I’m always for the next episode to be released!
Love Meggys speaking style and delivery- I could listen to her all day. She is conversational, but with a point. She keeps it fresh and casual but also gives tangible advice! ABSOLUTELY recommend! 12/10!
Go to podcast for female empowerment!
I’ve recently came across Meghan’s podcast! I’ve listened to the following episodes so far; feeling overwhelmed, redefining productivity and the interview with holistic nutritionist, Corinne; they were all SO good. I had so many takeaways and honestly Meghan’s voice is just joyful to listen to as well. A natural speaker!!
