    3 // Mindset

    In this episode I talk about my struggles with keeping a level headed mindset when playing my games on stream. There are many factors that can affect ones state of mind while playing: whether it be not enough sleep the night before, not enough food making you “hangry”, making a small mistake in game, or simply losing. Any and all these factors can play into what we call “tilting” and lately that’s something I’ve found myself doing. Tilting. I’m in a constant state of tilt with my games. And I’m curious as to what techniques you may have to help me “un-tilt”. I’d love to know your thoughts in the comments or on Twitter and Instagram.
