This podcast is designed to help who I call Progressive Dentists. So who is a progressive dentist? This is a dentist that loves what they do, but they want to grow their business. They like their practice, but don't want to always be stuck behind the chair. Essentially, they want to treat their practice like the business it is. These are sharp individuals who have worked with marketing firms, consultants, gone to events, continued to learn and have really pushed the growth of their business! But it feels like all the extra money they make from all that hard work, seems to just walk right back out the door again. These are the dentists I want to help. The ones who care about their patients and their business. The ones who strive for more, but are at a disadvantage because they don't understand all the ways their business can, and should, be working for them financially.
