    Building our Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure With James McKemey, Head of Policy and Public Affairs at Pod Point

    In this episode, Kenny talks to James McKemey from Pod Point about the EV charging ecosystem and the work they are doing to support the mass adoption of electric vehicles in the UK and Ireland.     We are kicking off the 2nd season of The Project talking to Tony Donné, Program Manager at EUROfusion. In this episode, Kenny and Tony discuss how to build a star on earth and unleash the revolutionary possibilities of nuclear fusion.  EUROfusion is a European body that coordinates 30 research organisations and 150 affiliated entities to ensure the research towards nuclear fusion is coordinated across the EU, UK, Switzerland and Ukraine. Their ultimate goal is the construction of DEMO - a fully functioning nuclear power plant, connected to the grid that produces Electricity in a climate friendly and safe way.     Infrastructure Innovators: Financing the worlds most powerful tidal turbine

    In May of this year, the Orbital O2 tidal powered turbine was sailed out of Dundee, Scotland bound for its home off the coast of the Orkney Islands. Since then the 680-tonne 2MW turbine has been generating power from the fast-flowing tidal waters.  In this episode we’re speaking to Chris Milne from Orbita Marine Power to find out more about how the company got to this point and what their plans are for the future.
