The first episode was SO full of thought provoking content! I love that you’re both doing this, and that you’re giving his example of how to approach what can feel like daunting conversations! I think part of the deception of the construct of race is also that being human is a zero sum game, and that in creating or dissolving the “other” we either gain or lose something ourselves.
