    South African Security Cluster

    The Commission discusses the South African Security Apparatus . The SSA, SAPS and SANDF take Center stage , looking at the ministers who lead these departments. As well as the management and mishandling of these portfolios were exacerbated by the civil unrest. Excuses are given by leaders, but nonetheless no solutions are presented . The Commission comes up with solutions , be it building a wall, creating the ministry of Transparency, conscription and mass employment. Using the military to pump money into the economy . Solutions were presented timely and it makes one ponder , what are government actors doing .     #ZumaUnrest

    The Commission sits back, and discusses the incarceration of Jacob Zuma, the constitution as well as the unfolding Civil unrest that has captured the nation. We look at the misinformation and propaganda that has been championed and portrayed, and squash holes in these narratives. Jacob Zuma was ultimately the straw that broke the camels back, but this is about inequality, poverty, lack of opportunity and desperation. We also delve into issues of tribalism, and the damning polarization by the Cyril, who once again lacks the fortitude to remain firm and strong in the wake of the unrest. Now is not the time for polarization by leaders, we are already a divided nation. We do not need further division. This is not time for racial undertones, we as South Africans need to band together and defend our neighborhoods and communities. And we have seen just that, armed civilians of all races coming together and protecting their livelihoods against criminals. Be Vigilant. Don't catch Covid. Get a Gun.     Crime skyrocketed, but legal guns want to be taken

    The Commission sits down and discusses the proposed bill to ban self defense for legal gun ownership. As SAPS fails to uphold their constitutional mandate . Budgets cut left, right and Center . But VIP protection budget increases. Farmers need guns for protection in rural sectors . Lessons are learnt around the world , ANC and Cele do not realise we know about Venezuela and their gun ban which laid the foundation for an authoritarian state .     Hiatus is over!

    After weeks of cancel culture exile, The Questioning Commission is back in a form that is somewhat reminiscent of season 1. With caution, we look at the issue of Israel and Palestine. We then bring it back it back home and look at the factional infighting within the ANC. Covid 19 is also paid a visit as we look at the vaccine rollout to date. DENEL makes an appearance as we discuss its demise. Conspiracy hats are put on as we look at the surge in Covid 19 in India. We then give Mark what he wants, attention.     Securitization of Common Sense and the World

    In this week's episode, the Commission looks at issues relating to national and international security. We start by looking at the tensions that are currently shaping and defining relations between China, Taiwan and the West. We take a take a tangent and look at conscription and the SANDF. What would happen if the world pushed Russia and China into a corner? The Commission tackles this and its implications. Regional armies are looked at in terms of the EU and AU.
