Throughout my entire media career, I have discussed news, politics, entertainment. You name it, I've talked about it. Except sports. Sorry, no sports here. But if there is one thing I have learned in this business, it's that life comes at you fast. We have no control over the things that happen, but we can control how we react. I try to see the funny in everything. And that's what I will be doing here...I'll be reacting...and laughing. And my hope is that you will do the same. Welcome.

Uncommon Core
Fox News host Jesse Watters was ridiculed across media outlets this week after he grossly miscalculated the annual salary of people earning $20/hour.
Note: The state of California just raised the minimum wage for food industry workers to $20/hour.
The larger message communicated by Watters was that he thinks individuals working in minimum wage jobs should be paid less, because their position does not require any skills.
I have a few thoughts in this. Shocking, I know.
