I cannot begin to tell people how often this work has made me question my sanity. However, even in those times of doubt, there are things that prove to me that there is real value, and legitimacy to past life work. This recording demonstrates one of those times. in episode 20 of this show, I uploaded a recording of a past life hypnosis that was done to me. in this episode, I experienced growing out of my body and connecting to a larger pool of existence.

A very similar thing happens to my client in this episode. The fact that this same thing happened to a client of mine in their first hypnosis experience is astonishing to me and really goes far in helping me prove to the world at large that there is merit to the work that we do in this field. Past life regression is a form of therapy that aims to uncover memories from previous lifetimes that may impact your current life. During a past life regression session, you will be guided into a relaxed state of hypnosis. This will allow you to access memories from past lives that you may not be consciously aware of. As you explore these memories, you may begin to understand how they are impacting your current life and how they may be contributing to your trauma.
