    This episode was so rad I just uploaded it immediately after we got done recording. No editing needed, just needed to be available for the world to hear. Really relevant and felt right during all this going on with COVID19. Alexa was herself, vulnerable, and a fun guest to have on. We went all over the place covering the world records she might break at her upcoming powerlifting meet to what it was like dating to her mindset and attitude after hitting rock bottom a couple years ago.     In this episode I discuss my challenges in talking with, befriending, public humiliation, and being intimate with women. What’s up everybody and welcome to my first solo episode. It's relatively rare (200,000-500,000 between UC and Chron's disease) but she and others suspect more people have it and just aren't diagnosed.
