    The Remembering Prayer

There are moments when we don’t need another answer. We simply need to remember. In this episode, I share A Prayer of Remembering—a gentle invitation to slow down, return to the heart, and reconnect with the part of ourselves that has never been lost. A remembering that we belong.
That our bodies carry wisdom.
That our longings may be invitations.
That receiving is sacred.
That we are allowed to be supported by this life. Take a breath. Place a hand on your heart. Let yourself receive these words rather than trying to understand them. Perhaps something within you will quietly whisper: Oh… I remember. May this prayer meet you exactly where you are today.
May it remind you of the wonder of being alive.
And may your remembering ripple outward into every life you touch. 💛 The Remembering Support This Work If this prayer, podcast, or any of the offerings I share have touched your heart, and you feel called to support the continuation of this work, your contribution is received with deep gratitude. 💛 Your support allows me to continue creating and sharing these spaces of remembering, connection, healing, curiosity, and love. Venmo: Cynthia.Juhre Thank you for listening.
Thank you for receiving.
Thank you for being part of this remembering with me. Fear is not the Opposite of Wonder

🎙️ NEW PODCAST: Fear Is Not the Opposite of Wonder What if this episode isn’t really about snakes? What if it’s about the way we meet life itself? Recently, I attended a yoga class with snakes at Western New York Reptiles, and what I experienced surprised me. Instead of fear, I felt an incredible sense of calm, gratitude, and wonder. Being in the presence of these beautiful creatures invited me to slow down, become fully present, and experience a deep sense of grounding. It also made me realize something profound: ✨ Fear is not the opposite of wonder. In this episode, I explore how the same experience can evoke completely different responses in different people—and how our relationship with fear, curiosity, illness, nature, technology, and even our own emotions shapes the life we experience. This isn’t about convincing anyone to love snakes. It’s about becoming curious enough to ask: What might I discover if I became willing to look again? I hope this conversation inspires you to meet life with a little more wonder and a little less certainty. If this episode touches your heart and you’d like to support my podcast and the book I’m currently writing, your generosity is deeply appreciated. 💚 Venmo: @Cynthia-Juhre I’d love to hear your thoughts after listening. Has there been something in your life that you once feared but later discovered held an unexpected gift?
