Whether you are running your rental company on your own or managing a team, you need to have a task management system in place. A Message to Cam!

So I wanted to just be totally vulnerable with you about one of your podcasts that I just listened to is your hundredth podcast and you’re talking about the number one thing that helped you grow your business. And you were talking about where you were at when you made your first hire about not even being able to take out the trash or clean the floors and 100% that’s where I’m out right now to a point that I’m barely sleeping and I’m still not able to do those things. So I just brought on someone and can hardly even pay them and I just know that this business has so much potential to grow and be something so unique and amazing and I’m just running into all the walls for marketing and your podcast has given me so much hope and that is huge considering where I’m at right now.

So even though sometimes it may feel like it’s a lot of work to put these podcasts out and time-consuming and that maybe it’s not as received as you wanted to be I want you to know that it is! And that it is totally valuable and life-changing personally and for your business. So thank you for everything you are doing!
