Talking With Ryan and Paul, Always Though Provoking

The RTL podcast is one of the finest conversations available to the strength and conditioning community. Ryan and Paul present i formation in a concise manner that is easy to follow and understand. Whether they are interviewing someone in the field, doing a Q and A and just talking to each other, I always get the sense that they’re talking with me, not talking at me. I find myself looking deep into they why’s of my own training motivation and commitment every time I listen. It’s easy to keep tuning in when you know these guys have your back and brain. I am highly driven when it comes to my training, but if there is a day that I think I want to slack, I tKe a few minutes and listen to a fave RTL podcast, lace up my shoes, chalk my palms, and have at it. Give these guys a listen or 10. You’ll feel stronger when you do.

These dudes are quite possibly the worst moderators/interviewers I've ever heard. Empty headed gym bros who kept looking for "gotcha" moments with the CEO of ARXfit and he continuously answered their objections with statistics and in a friendly manner even though they were condescending. Terrible terrible show

The internet is full of static and noise when it comes to fitness information. These guys will help you sort through It with factual, scientific information and real world training experience. There’s always something new to learn from nutrition, training goals, motivation, to mindset changes. Give them a listen, you won’t find better fitness information like this out there without someone trying to sell you their latest gimmick. J. Civitello
