    Welcome to the very first episode of The Revived Channel podcast! In this podcast relaunch, I’m giving a life update on why I decided to finally step behind the microphone and share my story. It took me 5 YEARS to record this. After surviving three distinct near-death experiences (NDEs), my entire perspective on reality, existence, and life changed forever. Today, I am breaking down exactly what happened leading up to and after those events, alongside the limited scientific research and case studies we have on NDEs. We’re diving deep into the existence of alternate dimensions, spiritual energies, how consciousness connects us all into a grand oneness, and what "God, Heaven, and Hell" frequencies actually mean.     #11. I Survived to Thrive (NDE-versary Reflection)

    In this episode I'm coming in with accepting sometimes feeling low energy, clearer mind = uncertainty, less confidence in reflection over the course of several weeks trying to record as time went on as I took a break from the podcast. Things I touch on: unexpected hidden triggers from past traumas showing up flashbacks, ptsd, & self discovery adjusting to new vibrations of lifestyle improvements adapting to new ways of coping ~15:18m helpful breath work & a breathing exercise example that I use ~17m reflection on podcast journey & NDE's ~20m regaining courage to recall my NDE's & channeled visions & thoughts, from Ep.1 - The Awakening, Part 1 & Ep. 2 - Perception vs. Truth Lot of vulnerable parts of me being expressed in this episode. I'm letting you see me as I am, even when I don't feel my best. This episode moves from lower to higher positive mood vibrations, so no matter what type of day or vibe you're in, we all reach aligning in resonance as the episode comes to an end. Enjoy :)

    This episode is a special tribute to OVERCOMING everything from my nde's trauma. OK well, not everything everything, i'm still rolling in the deep waves, but one thing is certain - I AM RILEY, and I am a SURVIVOR. I'm also a hot mess. But this present day, I woke up thinking - bless this hot mess. And bless yours too. Lots of vulnerable expression filled in this one! I'm ready to be heard. ahh let's dive in, my story is just unfolding and is still being written as I type this. Self discovery, acceptance, and forgiveness is indeed not a linear process. No matter how much time has passed. We are all doing the best we can in overcoming our individual pain, and that is enough. You are enough. Sending healing love & light in this episode.
