Keep the 90s comedies coming
Loved What About Bob and Mrs Doubtfire. How about Liar Liar—so many great scenes/quotes in that one!
Ms. Doubtfire pod was awful
They ruined a hilarious movie pod to be overly sensitive and woke about a movie from 30 Years ago that was clearly satire. They wanted to act all holy about its perceived transphobia. If so offended, why do a pod about it? It’s clear Bill understands comedy but all his younger (mostly white) staff want to virtual signal everything, past, present and future.
Great movie, terrible podcast. If the movie isn’t appropriate don’t do a pod but if you do the pod try not to cram down your morality on a movie that was clearly for families and clearly satire and not meant to offend.
Love this podcast. Please do Big Trouble in Little China. It’s my favorite movie of all time.
