    Some Tips for Cruisers:

If you plan to cruise, always arrive the night before, so many delays could happen and you could miss your amazing vacation that you were looking forward to all year!

Always pack a swimsuit or shorts in your carry-on, your luggage might not make it to your room for hours and you want your vacay to start right as soon as you board!

Turn your Data on your phone off or buy their internet pacakge (doesn’t matter if you have a plan with your provider, while on ship you are using their satellite and they will charge you) your plan with your provider works when off the ship on the ports, of just turn your phone off

If traveling with kids, you can sign them up for kids programs even before you board, they have lots of these programs specially when it’s a full sail day

You can bring 2 bottles of wine for each double cabin, nothing more and no liquor
Each day of on the cruise, your house keeper will leave you that day activity planner and program for entertainment for that night (cost for entertainment is included in our cruise)

Use a travel agent, they know the ins and outs and can help you plan a great vacation with the best price (you don’t pay extra to use them)

Kevinh67 ,

Great discussion of a short trip to Ky!

The guest, Eric Gregory, brought many ideas for how the audience can take a short, affordable trip to beautiful KY and John did a great job in getting him to describe our beautiful state with its many offerings for visitors. The Bourbon Trail offers something for nearly everyone. You don’t even have to like bourbon to enjoy it because the distilleries, seeing the bourbon making process and all the farms/ locations you can see make it a worthwhile trip. It’s a great way to spend a few days and slow down for some peaceful time!
