    Episode 4 - Steve Crack

    I'm joined by long term friend, mentor and Kyokushin karate practitioner Steve Crack. Steve was recently invited to Japan to grade to 4th Dan in 2020 and was the first Shodan on the North-West Coast of Tasmania. It was a fantastic chat and very insightful with a candid conversation about all things training, unbelievable fortitude despite his upbringing and amazing resilience. I ran into technical difficulties at the end of the podcast, I'm certainly keen to get Steve on again for a future podcast.
