Great Listen

I’ve really enjoyed this podcast and have benefited from many of the topics discussed. From sensible sun exposure to the morning routine information, all of it has helped to make a positive impact on my overall happiness and wellness.

As someone who sits inside all day during tax season it was nice to implement some of the topics covered on the podcast into my daily life and notice the benefits, especially during some of the most stressful periods of my work year.
