    33. A Sacred How-To On Channeling Spirit Guides, Angels, and Source Energy

    If you didn't know, now you know: 33 is THE vortex angel number, so this episode is *kind of* a big deal. We love a milestone in any capacity, but ESPECIALLY an angel number milestone, which is why your soul sister cohosts literally talked about its magic for more than 3 minutes of this episode.  Today's conversation is all about communicating with higher guidance! Maya begins by leading us through her epic practice of tapping into Universal Source energy, angels, spirit guides, and her own deepest intuition. This practice has been happening her whole life for all intents and purposes, but became an intentional part of her daily routine around 2018. She imparts wisdom on the modalities and tools for opening up this sacred line of communication that are available to ALL of us. We talk about ways to make "THE ASK," channeling through free-writing, meditation, and Reiki, and asking for signs. Naturally, we sprinkle some mystical storytime throughout (Maya was recently visited by some friendly guides called the Council of Light). Then, Maya channels for us live on the air through a brief Reiki energy healing session with Elle.
