We talk about prepping for a sauna, getting into the hot room, relaxing in the cold, enjoying nature, and post sauna habits. Remember that not everyone does it the same way!

This podcast is fun and lighthearted. I’m so happy to have found it and look forward to tagging along on your trail.
The appreciation for the UP was a delight to hear in the second episode. I’m a Yooper now, but I grew up with sauna and Finnish-speaking grandparents in Minnesota. There’s lots of saunas in Minnesota, but nothing (except Finland) beats the UP for their saunas and Finnish-American lifestyle.
