'Sunsets' my One Woman Play at Brighton Fringe in May - Bonus Episode
'Sunsets' is Georgie's one woman play which she wrote and will be performing at Brighton Fringe on 13th and 14th May at 4.45pm in The Rotunda Theatre: SQUEAK. For tickets you can visit brightonfringe.org or www.rotundatheatre.com and search for Sunsets.
The play is about one woman's fascination with romantic comedies and her attempt to create her own walking off into the sunset moment (while recording it for a podcast, of course). It premiered at the 2022 Edinburgh Fringe and then went on to a short run at Theatre503 in London. Brighton will be its next stop.

Georgie is joined by Director Francesca Comencini to chat about her work on the recent Sky show 'Django' as well as other brilliant television series such as 'Gomorrah'. Georgie finds out more about her time making 'Django' including casting the Actors and she also asks Francesca what she likes to watch on television when she's not working.

Creating 'Funny Woman' on Sky with Nick Hornby and Morwenna Banks
Georgie is THRILLED this week to be joined by legendary Writer Nick Hornby and Actor and Writer Morwenna Banks to talk about new series ‘Funny Woman’ on Sky. Nick and Morwenna chat more about creating the show which has been adapted from Nick’s brilliant novel ‘Funny Girl’. Georgie asks Nick about his wonderful books in general as well as what it’s like adapting work for the screen. She finds out about Morwenna’s time writing ‘Funny Woman’ (and acting in it!) and then asks Nick and Morwenna what they each like to watch when they aren’t working. Stayed tuned as well for chats about Newcastle United and the moment Georgie tells Nick and Morwenna about once incorporating ‘The Pina Colada Song’ into an audition….

Georgie is joined by Executive Producer Tim Key and Executive Producer and Writer Tony Jordan for this episode of the pod as they chat about the new spin-off to the much-loved series 'Death in Paradise', 'Beyond Paradise', which can be watched on the BBC from tomorrow. Georgie asks them what it's like to bring back characters in a spin-off after they have already walked off into the sunset (her favourite subject...) in another series. She also finds out what Tim and Tony like to watch when they're not working. Cue a moment where Georgie gets to dissect 'Love Island' with Tony...the dream!

Netflix's 'Lockwood & Co' with Actor Ali Hadji-Heshmati
Georgie's back with the first episode of 2023! And this week, Actor Ali Hadji-Heshmati joins her to discuss his leading role in the new Netflix series 'Lockwood & Co.' which comes out tomorrow (if you're reading this today...). Georgie finds out how Ali got into the acting world and Ali talks more about filming Lockwood. Georgie asks the all important question of whether it was scary to film a series about ghosts and Ali reveals what films and TV shows he likes to watch (the contrast in choices is the greatest!).
