Even though the book could probably be rightfully titled "The Book of Rebellion," the ending of the book gives us a glimmer of hope as a new generation rises up. Whereas the previous generation of Israelites failed to enter and claim the promised land, this new generation seems poised to succeed where their parents left off... but will they?
