My daily peace space

I have been a listener of The Sensitive & Soulful Show since Alyssa started her podcast. Never in my life have I felt so understood AND accepted! I am 53years old, and, have always been told your too sensitive, you are so dramatic, you really need to stop being a bleeding heart! Overtime, I believed everyone: I wasn't accepting of myself; i over ate, which i finally am focusing on getting healthier; I overspent and still do; but I'm a work in progress! How did I come to realize that I'm perfect the way I am, and, i am looking at myself and accepting myself more and more - this is all thanks to Alyssa's and her encouraging, motivating self!! Alyssa is such an intelligent and inspirational young lady who I look forward to listening to everyday! For the last two years, I have grown tremendously with Alyssa's calming voice and inspirational messages-i know I will get to a more confident, accepting me!! Thanks so much Alyssa 💖
