What is Breakthrough Session
Summary
A breakthrough session is a process that involves release, initiation, and transmutation. It consists of four steps: releasing work, creating a powerful vision, taking action, and focusing on what you want. The detailed personal history is the first step, where the client discusses their problems and explores the context and structure of those problems. The release work involves techniques like NLP and meditation to release emotions and beliefs. The session also focuses on creating a clear picture of the future and setting goals. The session works at a quantum physics level, changing beliefs and perceptions to change reality. It can also have a profound impact on physical health and healing. The session helps clients connect deeper to their highest selves and opens them up to higher states of consciousness.

Gestalts of Emotions and Mental and Emotional Release®
Summary
In this podcast episode, the speaker discusses the concepts of Gestalt and Mental and Emotional Release®Gestalts are like folders in the unconscious mind that contain labeled emotional events. These events can range from small to significant and form a timeline of emotional experiences. The root cause of emotions is often found in the first event of that emotion, which may have occurred early in life. Mental and Emotional Release® involves releasing the baggage associated with these gestalts and addressing the underlying problem. This approach can be effective in treating severe trauma and PTSD.

Forgiveness Gratitude and Love with Kevin Conley jr
I interview Kevin Conley Jr., @backcountryninjas, the author of Above the Ashes. The book, the man, the legend, graces us with his presence, and we go deep into his journey across the southern tier on his bike with his dog rocky. Kevin shares wisdom from his voyage of forgiveness, gratitude, and love.
Kevin is an open book, and we talk in-depth about the night that he wanted to end it all and what changed his mind. Kevin shares the dark, the ugly, and the love he found on his journey. We discuss the synchronicities that followed him across the country, including a group of Apache natives singing him a sacred song at a truck stop. Then, of course, we talked about Rocky and how he was Kevin’s anchor and support companion that made it all possible.
Kevin speaks his truth and will inspire you to share your challenges with others too. The more we talk about mental health in wildland fire, the more lives we save from suicide. You need to listen to this episode if you are a wildland firefighter struggling with mental health this off-season.

The Mystic Danny Verdad
I interview a true mystic!
This episode is so special because this may be Danny’s one and only appearance.
I interview our sacrament practitioner Danny Verdad. We talk about his upbringing in traditional ways on the mountain in a small village in central Mexico. The benefits of retreat for wildland firefighters and why you should or shouldn’t come. Danny speaks about how the retreat is not about changing or losing your identity but helping your soul remember the truth about love.
We explore deep philosophical questions and different perspectives of humanity. And every time I speak to Danny, I learn something new and see him for what he is. A true mystic that has changed my life in so many beautiful ways.
Don’t miss this episode. Listening to Danny speak is always a blessing.
