    Join Host Domenica as she has a real and raw conversation with guests Bella Laura and Dr. Collin Knight. Bella shares how an unexpected accident on September 10, 2022, gave her a mission to share the importance of wearing a helmet.  Bella Lara is a Junior at the University of California Irvine. Dancer with over 17 years of experience training primarily in classical ballet. A long history of volunteering around the community and feel strongly that giving back to the community is very important. Professional ballet dancer with San Diego Ballet 2019/2020 season. Bella was part of the San Diego school of Ballet for over a decade. Bella has several sponsorships with Russian Pointe, Xiaoxiao Dancewear, LeaMarie Leotards, Mondor Performance, and Hannah Noelle Models, just to name a few. Bella is also social media manager for several big brands and a current independent Ballet teacher. Currently working at Kendall Regional Medical Center, with an academic appointment as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine at Florida International University, Dr. Knight is both dedicated to pediatric care and highly qualified to teach the necessary skills to others. He believes there are multiple facets to our concept of health. He is well-versed in proper diet and nutrition as well as fitness and training in addition to his expertise in pediatrics and surgery. His success is rooted in his value of working with communities hands-on, in order to reach tangible results that are effective long-term. Even a special appearance by Domenica's niece, who crashes the conversation.  At a young age, Sandra knew that she wanted to be her own boss someday.  At a young age,  Sandra becomes a mom to two beautiful girls while battling an unhealthy relationship. Sandra, found herself as a single mom ready to make a change so she decided to put herself through graduate school. Sandra did this while working a 9 to 5 job to provide for her family.  Sandra obtained her MBA in Business with a minor in Entrepreneurship, Graphic Design, and Info Systems from DePaul & DeVry.  In spite of this great achievement, Sandra was still struggling to provide for her girls living paycheck to paycheck, advancing at her job was difficult so she had to get two more jobs to put food on the table, pay bills, and put her daughter through college.  One day Sandra got the opportunity to start building her own national financial services firm where she educates families on how to save, grow and protect their money.  Sandra specializes in building leaders to own their own businesses through mentorship and systems.  As a Latina entrepreneur, this business allows Sandra to help, educate and mentor other women that are struggling financially. Women who have a hustle mindset, looking to think bigger and step out of the normal rat race of corporate America.  Sandra states the woman "who I was" a few years back, with a desire and will to succeed.  Sandra's goal is to end the cycle of misleading information or stigma for middle-class women, by providing resources to the community with financial literacy, leadership skills, strategies, and a platform that can be beneficial to so many people.
