    Episode 115: Choice I Made

    Not the 1st time I've been down this road. And while I've had slip-ups in the past, for the most part, I remained consistent back then and surprisingly I stuck to my guns. I decided for the last year to try again... not without an annual go at it. But I am choosing here and now to keep at this. While some go years unrelenting, I'm treating my last ride as my holiday dinner (no pun intended) Previously I used to beat myself up when I did... and for what? While I don't knock folks for indulging here and there or those that practice full control, neither is right or wrong! Why? Because every one has their own path or own life to live...
