Blending supernatural horror with noir, the Sleep/Wake Cycle follows estranged twins Isaiah and Rosemary. Their mission, to fulfill a secret government agency's directive to bring the US back from the brink of madness. Born with strange abilities, the twins investigate the wellness of a republic ravaged by the Great Darkness of 1999 - with doomsday cults pervading society, horrific conspiracies spun more from truth than fiction, and a creeping feeling that hope itself has fled the land, the twins have their work cut out for them.

Customer Reviews
Fabulous
An amazing story by fantastical story tellers. But a warning, you need to pay attention. I have had to go back relisten when I get distracted. The detail is amazing. But I never regret it.
A world like no other!!!
I love Maeltopia (especially during my commute) and this new offering knocks it out of the park. Diving deep in to the world of the neopsychotics, this detective series had me on the edge of my seat. Great stuff as usual. More please!!!
A dark journey into the human psyche
This is the latest entry in the Maeltopia universe. The voice acting is superb, the music fits perfectly, and the plot line is very engaging. While it is definitely worth listening to as a standalone series, I would recommend listening to the Maeltopia stories as well to greater immerse yourself in the universe. I’ve been listening for years, and everything these guys put out there is great. I listen to tons of podcasts, but the Maeltopia universe was the one that got me to sign up and support with Patreon. The episodes are released frequently and always keep you coming back for more. If you want dark horror with a surprising human element, this is for you.
