As a new pastor, in a small town, with a big vision, this podcast has been so encouraging! Sometimes finding the practical steps we need to take to get from point a to point b can feel overwhelming. Brad and Misti do a great job unpacking bite size steps we can take to see the big vision God has put on our hearts come to life! So thankful for this content! Thank you for this amazing podcast!! Thank you for being family and being practical. I as a Store Manager try to do this daily with my team and remind them this is not a job we are here as a church to serve others. We play a local Christian radio station on our speakers in the store. It is calming and that is part of what we are know for but why do we do this. When I became store manager I was told to make the store my own. Be bold right… we’ll it wasn’t easy for sure attack after attack but that’s ok the battle has already been won. So my team and I serve each other as a family and serve our community. I always told my team that even when it is hard times we NEVER make fun of others coming in counting change we help them count it and help where we can. I always try to lead and bless someone daily who may be struggling. A lot of my team did not listen to Christian music when joining the team and now listen daily as well and they are beginning to bless others as well in small things. It’s absolutely amazing to watch God work!! Do we fall short every day but we are family and we pick each other up!!!
