The Smartest Man in the World

I enjoy the tag team of GnJ. Relationship goals. I also get turned on to music, history, current affairs, and some silliness thrown in. (Oh and baseball, I guess, is important to some people..?) I’ll listen as long as you two keep it going.

This podcast is a lifeline for me and the only one I have consistently enjoyed. Jennifer's growing presence is a wonderful boon. When I first began listening years ago the episodes were only hilarious and entertaining. Alright, I also gained more knowledge on the Roman Empire than I expected to. Since oh, say, feels like sometime in 2016ish, this show became so much more. These sessions have increasingly buoyed me, consoled me, and educated me. I am forever grateful for the next episode, and I do believe I just showed myself I had better go put my money where my gratitude is.

Like so many others, I lament the sad chasm that this formerly mirthful podcast has fallen into. Mr Proops has gone from freewheeling hilarity at comedy clubs to dungeon musings with his wife at home. His self-loathing hatred at being a white man was so baffling to me when it came raging to the fore that it was striking (not knowing then that it was presaging that pathetic social movement by months.) Good God, man, get back to the funny!

Greg’s a bully. A racist hypocrite drunk on his own righteous indignation. If he’s curious why so many people are checked out of politics he need only look in a mirror.
