While she is excited at first, things don't go as planned when the delgates are a group of rude entitled jerks. Meanwhile, the ever boring Mark Brendanawicz continues to be boring, even though he decides to extend an olive branch to Ann Perkin's ex-boyfriend Andy Dwyer, when they both find out that he is homeless and living in the pit next to her house.
