We can see how grief acts as a deconstruction of the people/concepts/things we love, and is a vehicle to remind us of the value we have assigned to them. There is also discussion around the naturally unfolding creative flow that can occur when we are present to and intimate with, grief; it helps us to process both the large and subtle losses of our lives.
