Ep. 22 When God Allows Things to Fall Apart (A Real-Time Faith Walk)

This episode is different. I'm not coming to you from a place of "I've already figured it out." I'm coming to you in the middle of it—in the uncertain season, in the questioning, in the fear. A few weeks ago, I parted ways with my biggest client. And while the first few weeks felt peaceful and exciting, now I'm eight days away from when income usually hits—and I'm starting to feel it. This is a raw, honest conversation about what it looks like to trust God when provision feels uncertain, when fear is loud, and when your brain is running worst-case scenarios. If you're in a season where things feel shaky, where doors feel quiet, where you're questioning everything—this one's for you. Scripture References: Proverbs 3:5-6 - "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."2 Timothy 1:7 - "God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind."Matthew 6:26-28 - Jesus talks about the birds of the air and how God provides for themJames 1:5 - "If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you."Romans 8:28 - "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him." Ep. 21 The 5 Core Systems Every Business Needs.

I'm in the middle of building Scale Like a Mama (my new membership), and while I was recording one of the modules, I thought: "My podcast people NEED to hear this." So I'm pulling back the curtain and sharing a lesson straight from the Simple pillar of the membership—because these principles are too important not to share right now. If your business feels overwhelming, chaotic, or like everything is happening at once, it's because you're missing structure around the five core systems that every business runs on. In this episode, I'm breaking down exactly what those systems are, why they matter, and how to identify which one needs your attention first. In this episode, you'll learn: The biggest mindset shift: Businesses are not a collection of tasks—they're a collection of systemsThe 5 core systems every business runs on (no matter the industry)Why retention is the most underrated, undervalued system (and the secret to scaling)How to identify which system in YOUR business needs attention firstWhat it means to create "repeatable processes" instead of reinventing the wheel every timeWhy word of mouth is the most underrated marketing strategyHow to apply the SOFT Method to the system that needs you most Resources: Scale Like a MamaThe Presence Freedom SeriesThe Soft Hustle AgencyFounder Bottleneck Diagnostic Get notifications when new episodes drop by tapping the "follow" button! Ep. 18 I Almost Quit My Business (Until Tony Robbins Helped Me See I Was the Problem).

I just finished Tony Robbins' free 3-day virtual event, and it completely shifted my identity. Nothing he said was brand new information but the way he said it, the stories he told, and the energy he brought changed everything for me. In this episode, I'm getting vulnerable about the identity work that broke me open, the excuses I've been making, and how I procrastinated for 2 weeks on launching something I promised myself I would do. If you've been procrastinating, doubting yourself, or staying stuck in an old identity then this episode is your wake-up call. In this episode, you'll learn: The 3-step framework for success: Pattern Recognition, Utilization & Creation (and the Starbucks example that explains it all)The seasons of business: Spring, Summer, Fall & Winter (and which one you're in right now)Why "the strongest force in human personality is the need to stay consistent with how we define ourselves"My vulnerable truth: The old story that's been keeping me stuck (and how I'm rewriting it)The 7 steps of The Hero's Journey (and how to apply it to your business)How I finally stopped procrastinating and kept my promise to myselfThe path to breakthrough: What do you really want? And what's stopping you?RESOURCES MENTIONED🎙️ The Presence Freedom Series (FREE 7-episode private podcast) Learn what presence freedom is, why it matters, and how to build your life and business around it. 💗 The Mom Yes Day Challenge (FREE monthly challenge starting Feb 18th) Every 3rd Wednesday, mamas around the world are giving themselves a full Yes Day. 2025 didn't go the way I thought it would, and I'm not mad about it. In this episode, I'm getting real about what didn't happen last year (no viral moments, no 6-figure launches, no massive team), what DID happen (an emergency fund, presence with my family, and learning to trust myself), and the biggest lessons that are shaping everything I'm building in 2026. Ep. 16 Why Vulnerability + Nervous System Regulation Are The Real Flex in Business (& Life).

You don’t need a fancy title to be a leader. You are already leading — as a mom, a wife, a friend, a community member, a CEO. But here’s the truth most people don’t want to hear: leadership isn’t about being the loudest voice in the room. It’s about being the safest presence in the room. In this episode, I share: ✨ Why vulnerability is the strongest leadership flex (and how it’s different from oversharing). ✨ How nervous system regulation is the foundation of every decision, conversation, and relationship you hold. ✨ Why presence—not pressure—is what makes people trust, follow, and buy-in to your vision. ✨ Real-life examples from my own launch and how I had to lead softer through setbacks. And I give you a sneak peek into my program Lead Her Soft, where we are re-writing the rules of leadership together. Because babe…you don’t need another strategy. You need presence. And presence changes everything. Resources Mentioned: Join Lead Her Soft for just $88 Get notifications when new episodes drop by tapping the "follow" button! Need support?
