Julia Bell: Catching Yourself Before the Fall

What happens when everything looks fine from the outside, but something inside you knows it's really not? I'm joined by Julia Bell, Coach and Mentor for women at a crossroads, helping them slow down, get clear, and make changes without burning out. Julia works with high-functioning, capable women who are outwardly holding it all together, but internally feel stuck, disconnected, and quietly certain that something needs to change. Her work moves through three stages: slowing down, tuning in, and choosing yourself. In a world that rewards pushing through and celebrates the hustle, Julia is doing something quietly radical. She's helping women stop overriding what their bodies and instincts are already telling them, before things reach breaking point. What struck me about this conversation is how Julia describes the women she works with. They're not in crisis, not falling apart. They're waking up at 3am with spiralling thoughts about their career or their relationship. They're carrying stress that's showing up in their body in ways they've learned to ignore. They're giving endlessly to everyone around them while quietly asking themselves whether this is really it 😌. Julia's own journey led her here. A fast-paced life in London, working as a Senior EA to global CEOs, a breakdown in 2018, and years of deep personal work that changed everything. She speaks about it with real honesty, and it's that lived understanding that makes her work land the way it does. In this episode, we explore: ➤ The signs that something needs to change before the breakdown happens, and why our bodies often know long before our minds are ready to listen ➤ What it looks like to slow down without giving up, and why that counterintuitive step is often what unlocks everything else ➤ How women get clear on what they actually want, including in relationships, careers, and the way they're living day to day ➤ The role of self-trust in lasting change, and why learning to trust yourself is the foundation everything else is built on ➤ Why Julia believes in catching people before they fall, and what becomes possible when someone finally chooses themselves This episode is for any woman who's functioning beautifully on the outside and knows, somewhere deep down, that something has to shift. Latasha Baynham: When You've Achieved It All and Something Still Feels Off

What do you do when you've climbed the ladder, hit the goals, built the career, and it still doesn't feel like enough? I'm joined by Latasha Baynham, Career Transition & Transformational Coach and founder of Shine Your Light Coaching. Latasha helps capable women to rebuild confidence, make strong decisions, and execute their next bold move. With nearly 20 years partnering with senior leaders in global organisations and a background in HR and psychology, she brings a grounded, real-world perspective to navigating career transition and uncertainty. Her clients are high performers. On paper, they've done everything right. But something has shifted, and they can feel it. They describe feeling like a passenger in their own life rather than the person behind the steering wheel. They're at a crossroads, questioning things they've never questioned before, and the usual answers aren't working anymore. What I found so compelling about Latasha's approach is how firmly she resists the urge to jump straight to practical solutions. Because often the issue isn't a lack of options. It's self-doubt, a shifted identity, or patterns that have been quietly running in the background for years. She works with both the emotional and the practical, and only when that internal landscape shifts do the bold moves actually stick 😌. In this episode, we explore: ➤ Why capable women stop feeling confident, and what's really driving the sense that something is off despite outward success ➤ The difference between having options and being ready to use them, and why the internal work has to come before the practical next step ➤ What transformation looks like when it actually sticks, from releasing the need for external validation to trusting your own judgment again ➤ How redundancy can become a turning point, and why being forced out of the familiar is sometimes the very thing that creates the shift This episode is for anyone who's built the career they set out to build, and quietly knows there must be something more. Sofia Pedroso: The Subconscious Wall Between You and Your Next Level of Growth

What if the reason you're not growing has nothing to do with your strategy, and everything to do with what's running beneath it? I'm joined by Sofia Pedroso, Business Shift Facilitator and founder of Shiffully. Sofia works with established entrepreneurs who've already hired coaches, followed the strategies, and done the work, but keep hitting the same internal wall when it's time to grow. She identifies and releases the specific subconscious patterns driving that wall. Not mindset coaching. Not more tools to add to your calendar. Precision removal of what's blocking execution. What I find so compelling about Sofia's work is the clarity of what it isn't. This isn't about giving people more to do. Sofia does the work for her clients. She connects with the subconscious mind, identifies the root cause of what's blocking a specific area, and releases the trapped energy behind it. Her analogy for it is a house of cards: find the card at the bottom and everything else falls. Her clients often leave a session with a completely different relationship to something they'd been avoiding, sometimes for years 😌. In this episode, we explore: ➤ Why established entrepreneurs hit a ceiling despite doing everything right, and why the problem is rarely the strategy itself ➤ How subconscious resistance shows up in marketing and sales, and why visibility blocks are often rooted in something much older and more personal ➤ The difference between treating the symptom and finding the root, and why the same block in two different people rarely has the same cause ➤ Why Sofia believes change is easier and faster than most people expect, when you're working with the right tools at the right level This episode is for any entrepreneur who's put in the work, followed the advice, and still can't seem to break through. Something else is going on, and this conversation might just name it. Judith Quin: Liberating Your Voice to Liberate Your Life

What if the biggest thing standing between you and the impact you're here to make isn't your message, but your voice? In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Judith Quin, "The Voice Woman," Vocal Confidence Specialist and Vocal Sound Healing Practitioner. Judith works with holistic and spiritually inclined humans through a combination of mindset and vocal practice to release old identities, labels and patterns, so they can come unstuck, take up more space in their world, and feel unshakeable when they speak about who they are and what they do. Judith brings something genuinely rare to this conversation. She's a classically trained professional actress with 20 years on stage, a trained coach, and a vocal sound healing practitioner, and she weaves all three together in a way I hadn't heard before. Her clients range from corporate professionals with a spiritual side hustle, quietly struggling to show up as their whole selves, to coaches and healers stepping into a next level of visibility who aren't quite sure how to inhabit it yet. What landed most for me was Judith's description of the voice as a living barometer of your inner world. Your voice, she says, is a reflection of every experience, emotion and thought you've ever had about yourself, and about the situation you're in. So when a client tries to claim something they haven't fully owned yet, their voice reveals it before their mind catches up. In this episode, we explore: ➤ Why your voice reveals what your words try to hide, and how using sound as a healing tool uncovers blocks that talking alone can't reach ➤ The identity shift that underpins visibility, and why feeling unshakeable when you speak about your work is about so much more than confidence techniques ➤ What it really means to take up space, especially for spiritual and holistic practitioners navigating the tension between their inner knowing and the fear of being dismissed ➤ The vision of sound around the world, and Judith's plans to train practitioners in vocal sound healing, including the proof of concept study she ran with a GP and research fellow on using sounding to reduce physical pain This episode is for coaches, healers and spiritual practitioners who know their work is powerful, but feel something tighten in their throat when it's time to say so out loud. Nic Cameron-Read: The Identity Work Strong Women Don't Know They Need

What if the exhaustion you're carrying isn't about doing too much, but about being too far from yourself for too long? I'm joined by Nicola Cameron-Read, Women's Identity and Empowerment Coach, known as Nic, who helps women rediscover who they are beyond the roles they hold every day. Nic's work is grounded in something she's both studied and lived. After 22 years in social work and a counselling training that took off during lockdown, she turned her focus to the women who look completely fine on the outside but feel quietly lost on the inside. Strong, capable, relied upon by everyone, and running on empty. What I love about how Nic works is that she's not asking women to change their lives. She's creating space for them to feel aligned within the lives they already have. The shift starts with seeing your own patterns, the people-pleasing, the over-responsibility, the self-abandonment, without shame. Because that's what opens the door to something different 😊. In this episode we explore: ➤ Why capable women are often the loneliest in a room, and what emotional exhaustion really looks like beneath the high functioning exterior ➤ Why identity work goes deeper than productivity or mindset, and how coming back to yourself changes everything from the inside out ➤ What Nic means by self-trust, and why it doesn't arrive after you feel ready ➤ The mission driving her work, rooted in her own lived experience and a vision for the next generation of women This episode is for any woman who's tired of carrying everything for everyone else and is quietly ready to come home to herself. Scarlett Stanhope: Why Abundance Is a Way of Being, Not an Amount in Your Bank Account

What if the thing standing between you and a business that fully supports you isn't your strategy, your offer, or your visibility, but your relationship with money? I'm joined by Scarlett Stanhope, Abundance Coach, also known as The Biz Hippie, who teaches coaches to conquer their finances and own their worth so they can be fully supported by the work they love. Scarlett's approach works on two levels at once. The internal work, clearing the deep belief systems and scarcity patterns she calls "scarcity seeds," and the external work, actually seeing, tracking and wielding your money with intention. She's clear that you need both, because one without the other will only get you so far 😊. What struck me most in this conversation is how Scarlett talks about enoughness. Not as a milestone you reach when the numbers look right, but as something you have to cultivate right now, with whatever you currently have. It's a reframe that changes everything. In this episode we explore: ➤ Why passion alone doesn't pay the bills, and what shifts when coaches start treating money as a tool rather than a source of stress ➤ The two sides of money transformation, the inner mindset work and the tangible financial skills, and why both are non-negotiable ➤ What "scarcity seeds" are, and how these deep-rooted patterns keep showing up no matter how much money you make This episode is for any coach or healer who loves their work but feels like money is the one thing still holding them back. Sue Richards: Why Simplifying Your Business Might Be the Boldest Move You Make

What if the thing keeping you from the business you dreamed of isn't your strategy or your skills, but the sheer weight of everything else you're carrying? I'm joined by Sue Richards, Life and Business Coach and Mentor, who works with ambitious, self-employed women to help them simplify their lives and businesses so they can thrive in both, without sacrifice, guilt, overwhelm or burnout. Her approach blends mindset, strategy, and capacity thinking, because as she puts it, we are the heartbeat of our businesses, and you can't separate the human from the work 😊. In this episode we explore: ➤ Why busy doesn't mean progress, and what's really happening when ambitious women get stuck in the spiral of overwhelm and indecision ➤ The capacity question nobody's asking, and why Sue looks at mental, emotional and energetic capacity, not just your diary ➤ How to know you're that person, and the tell-tale signs that an outside perspective could change everything ➤ Sue's core message to every woman in business, the one thing she'd say from any stage, anywhere This episode is for any self-employed woman who's tired of spinning her wheels and ready to build something that genuinely works for her life. Dr. Bri: What If You Just Haven't Found the Actual Root Yet?

What if the symptoms you've been chasing for years aren't the problem, but a message you haven't learned to interpret yet? In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Dr. Bri, Mind-Body Practitioner who helps people break free from chronic stress patterns and the symptoms they create, including anxiety, fatigue, pain, gut issues, burnout, and emotional overwhelm. She works at the emotional and neurological roots of why the body gets stuck in survival mode, even after trying "all the things." Dr. Bri's current work came out of her own health journey. Trained as a chiropractor, she was doing everything right and still stuck. Then she experienced mind-body work with a colleague and had a profound shift within minutes. She shares what happened next, why she believes the limbic system holds the key, and what one client meant when she said "the residue of this work is on every aspect of my life." In this episode, we explore: ➤ Why chronic symptoms are different from acute injuries and what that means for finding the root ➤ How the limbic system keeps the body in survival mode and why healing can't happen in that state ➤ What physiologically-based mind-body work actually does that years of mindset work often can't ➤ Why symptoms aren't something to immediately shut off but something to listen to and interpret ➤ Her message of hope for anyone who feels like they've tried everything This episode is for anyone living with chronic symptoms, physical or emotional, who has done all the "right" things and still feels stuck.
