We dive into *emotional toxins*—chronic stress, drama, and toxic relationships that silently deplete your energy and impact your health on a deep level. And we touch on *spiritual toxins*—the patterns, cycles, and lessons that keep showing up when you’re not fully choosing yourself. The places where boundaries are needed. The moments where you’re being called to step into your power and decide what you truly want.     To Feel Is to Be Alive...

    Send us Fan Mail Hello you beautiful souls,  This episode is about the gift of feeling it all. The highs, the lows, the heartbreak, the love. Because without the pain, we wouldn’t recognize the magic. I open up about my past relationship—how deeply it hurt when it ended, but also how deeply I loved. And the truth is, even now, I feel lucky. Because to experience a love so powerful you can’t even put it into words… that’s what makes life worth living. But in a world that teaches us to avoid pain, it’s so easy to start numbing. And the truth is, when we numb the pain, we also numb the joy, the love, the depth… everything that makes us human. That’s why feeling safe in your body matters. When your nervous system is supported, you create the capacity to actually feel your emotions instead of running from them. To process them, move through them, and let them teach you what they’re here to teach you. Because this human experience is built on duality. We don’t get one without the other. We can’t escape pain—but we can choose to let it shape us, soften us, and deepen our understanding of ourselves. And when we allow ourselves to feel it all… that’s where the real magic is.
